Third Avenue

The victorian terraces and avenues situated off harrow road are part of the queen's park conservation area. No's 17 to 23 Third avenue had been home to a play center for local children for many years.

The section of terrace behind the original facade was demolished to allow spaces to be designed more suited to the new uses on the site. The new development completes the form of the existing terrace, including traditionally built chimneys to exactly match those they replaced using reclaimed bricks from the demolition.
